I got this for work and I LOVE IT! Brewing is so easy it and filters good if you are using dried tea leaves. The glass felt thin but it is still strong to hold tea. I wish the tea stays hot longer, but I’m so glad to have my perfecTea that I over look that. Would recommend. ----By Randy.
I love this mug, with tea diffuser. My tea always comes out perfect, and the double insulated glass mug holds in the heat well. The lid is great for when you take out the diffuser to rest on and collect the drippings. It's easy to clean and is elegant looking. ----By TaraJo.
