I wound up buying two of these. One for the house and one for my office. It's so great in the middle of the afternoon to get some boiling water and put it in with a fresh tea and drink it right there, nothing like it. Durable tough glass although very delicate at the same time. Not sure how they make it but what a great product. ----By Christopher.
