Very nicely made and real wood not plastic. glass seems think for what it is and seats perfectly. Note the glass just sits in a very wide groove so I would not move it around without supporting the glass as well. But for what I was using it for it worked out perfectly. ---- Jeff

Bought this dome for an Icreer 24k Gold Rose. It is perfect for it. The Rose fits in the dome with room to spare. The glass is fairly thick, which seems reliable if it were to be knocked over or fall. The base that the dome sits on also seems sturdy. But there is too much slack in the river that the dome sits in. Causing it to move around. And that makes the dome slightly unstable and prone to being knocked off. Other than that, it's perfect for keeping something in. Great gift idea at a reasonable price. ---- Lucas

Love it, works perfectly for my Geisha doll from my Grandson when he was in japan. He sent it to my mother and when she passed I took possession and did want to keep the doll in good condition. ---- Kittst
